It has been a very busy first half of the year for me. No, I didn’t just create my 2019 vision board.
It’s been ready since February. However, I was in the middle of a major life change and simply didn’t have time to upload it.
If you’re wondering what that life change is, I moved to Canada a few months ago. I hinted at this move on my 2018 vision board and began the process around February last year.
It has been an exciting and challenging journey but I wouldn’t have it any other way because it was what I wanted. However, moving countries is hard work.
I cut back on a lot of things including blogging and focused on finalizing the Create an Actionable Vision Board Kit because it was well past the deadline date.
I completed the kit last week and finally launched it yesterday. Create an Actionable Vision Board Kit is a complete blueprint for planning out and achieving your life goals.
I will upload a more comprehensive write up about this kit and what makes it so phenomenal in the next post.
In the meantime, you can find out more about the course HERE. You can use code TWE10 for 10% off the kit.
For now, onwards to my 2019 vision board reveal. The edges are a little creased because it got damaged on the way over from Dubai.
What My 2019 Vision Board Looks Like?
This year’s goals are a bit slimmer because I will be spending lots of time trying to recoup the costs of packing up my entire life and setting up in a new country.
This entire process is not cheap at all even with my ferocious budget management.
My word of the year is – adventure. I expect the rest of the year to be full of new things, new challenges, and a great adventure.
Money Mindset
I plan to put in major overtime until the end of the year towards replenishing my depleted funds and getting my “fuck you” money back to a place that makes me comfortable enough to go be a beach bum for a bit.
Growth
In conjunction with my money mindset, I will also be growing my online and offline business income significantly in preparation for location independence.
Location Independence
It’s looking like this is the year I will finally achieve location independence. Being able to pack up my laptop and a bag and just go anywhere is a big goal for me.
However, in order for it to happen this year, goals 1 and 2 need to meet the target figure I have in mind.
Discovery
Now that I’m in North America, I plan to explore a lot of countries in this region of the world.
I already have a few countries lined up for the end of the year – Mexico (because once was not enough), Puerto Rico, Turks & Caicos and Bahamas.
Balance
I’m paying attention to this more this year because I know I’m leaning towards overworking myself to re-up my depleted funds.
This is important but it’s not important enough to forget about balance in all things including work/life.
Volunteer
Volunteering is a big part of Canadian culture and I’m looking forward to becoming a part of it in the next few months.
Writing
As usual, I have a long list of writing projects bigger than the time available to finish them.
The biggest struggle for me is picking the ones I will work on and the ones I will put on the back burner for a while.
A bummer since they are all very good ideas even if I do say so myself.
I’ve been needling away at the list bit by bit since January and hopefully will complete at least 2 writing projects this year and add more products to Ignite Your Imagination Shop.
And that’s it. I’ve moved forward significantly with a few of the things on the list but I won’t update till the end of the year.
How’s your year going? What do your goals look like? I started keeping vision boards in 2011 and they have played a major role in helping me to reach my short and long-term life goals.
